This policy explains how Tokár Ádám e.v., trading as Apex Motion Studio, handles personal data when you visit apexstudioweb.com or write to us. Apex Studio is a website of Apex Motion Studio. Processing follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What this site collects
Nothing by itself. apexstudioweb.com is a static website. It has no forms, no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies.
3. Server logs
When you load a page, our host Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the requested URL and the time of the request, so the page can be delivered and protected against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps these logs for a short period under its own policies.
4. When you email us
If you write to hello@apexstudioweb.com, we process your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us about your project, so we can answer and, if you ask, prepare an offer or a sample. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. If we contacted you first
We sometimes write to businesses whose public contact details suggest our work could be useful to them. We use only business contact data that is publicly available, such as a company email address on your website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in direct business outreach (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reply with "unsubscribe" or anything to that effect and we stop writing to you, and we keep only the minimum needed to honour that request.
6. Retention
Correspondence that does not lead to a contract is deleted within 2 years. Contract and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Hungarian law, typically 8 years for invoices. Opt-out records are kept as long as needed to respect your request.
7. Processors and transfers
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery. USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
- Our email provider, which stores the messages you send us.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct outreach, at any time. Write to hello@apexstudioweb.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11) or to the authority in your own country.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
